This policy explains what information is collected on the Bit-Smart website, why, and what your rights are. We respect your privacy and act in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 and its regulations.

What information we collect
- Information you give us: In the "Contact us" form we ask for a first name and last name, phone, email address and a short description of the business need. You are not legally required to provide this information, but without it we cannot get back to you.
- Technical information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, and pages viewed, as received by the site's hosting and communications providers.
- Site usage information (only with your consent): If you approved statistics cookies, aggregate information about site usage is collected via Google Analytics: pages viewed, visit duration, source of arrival, device and browser type and general location. We do not use it to identify you personally or for advertising purposes.
- Your cookie choice: Saved in your browser (see Cookie policy).
Why we use the information
- Responding to inquiries and scheduling a questionnaire and meeting.
- Operating, securing and improving the site.
- Complying with legal requirements.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not send marketing mailings without explicit consent.
Disclosure to third parties
Information may pass to technology service providers acting on our behalf, such as site hosting and a service for forwarding contact forms, and to Google (the Google Analytics service), only after you consent to statistics cookies, as well as to bodies to which we are required to disclose information by law. Service providers may use the information only for the purpose of providing the service. Some providers may operate outside Israel.
Data retention and security
We keep inquiries for the time needed for a response and reasonable business follow-up, and delete them on request as detailed below. We take reasonable security measures to protect the information, but no system is completely secure.
