Purchase recommendation reports

Reports for organizations that manage inventory and need alerts and recommendations on order quantity.

It is highly recommended to automate recommendations on recurring rules, so we get a ready automatic output that we can keep working on and fine-tune for the actual orders.

Examples of adjustments / coefficients applied to the reports that should be taken into account in calculating the recommendation:

- Order per supplier view - usually when an order is placed, it is recommended to see which other items I have with that supplier and what their status is, and consider ordering them even if not in the recommendation. Therefore a drill-down option is usually added to the report, from a particular item to the status of all items of that supplier. (Clicking on the item opens a screen with all the items of that supplier including their balance status and purchase recommendations, including cost, profitability and sales history, for negotiation with that supplier and cash-flow preparation)

- The sets issue - if the data is managed in special units of measure such as sets, meters / kg, we may need to add adjustments to those items in the recommendation calculation

- The average returns per item issue - both as a negotiation metric with the supplier and to consider whether an order is needed, or whether a recommendation formula should be adjusted for those items

- The delivery time by supplier type and item type - whether shipping is by sea or by air, so when calculating the recommendation a delivery-time coefficient must be taken into account
